Dry Air Production Equipment, Filtration Technology, 30ppm Moisture Rating, Natural Air Filtration & Drying System KS3000-80-cz4
The KS3000-80-cz4 is engineered to filter moisture and particulates from ambient air, generating dry air with a moisture content below 30ppm (v). The dry air flow rate is customizable to meet specific operational needs. This equipment serves as a reliable air source for air-insulated cabinets and can be used to flush gas-insulated cabinets as a substitute for high-purity nitrogen. Equipped with a vacuum pumping function, it allows for optional expansion of the vacuum pump capacity.
The system comprises a silent compressor, moisture filtration unit, drying activation module, pressure adjustment system, and exhaust piping. It also includes a vacuum pump, anti-reflux device, and integrated pipelines. An optional online micro-water testing sensor (model: KS3000-80-CZ4-WS) can be installed to monitor when activation is required. The equipment supports both fully automatic and manual operation modes based on user preferences.

Operational Highlights
- Pressure Control Mechanism: Example setting: Low pressure at 0.12 Mpa with 0.02 Mpa fluctuation. The compressor stops at 0.14 Mpa and restarts at 0.12 Mpa.
- Regeneration Process: When outlet gas micro-water values exceed standards, disconnect the outlet pipeline, open the gas valve, activate the drying system for 30 minutes to restore adsorbent efficiency.
