As the main author of the technical standards for SF6 treatment systems in China DL/T1353-2024 and DL/T 2756-2024, our solution has established a global industry benchmark. The SF6 recovery equipment is custom designed with configurable features: negative pressure recovery, oil-free/lubricated compression options, optional storage capacity (500L-2000L), and fully automatic PLC control.
System Overview.
The KSLH-110Y/160-1200WZ high-capacity automation system has been optimized for withstand voltage testing of 550kV insulation tanks in the power grid. It integrates a 110m ³/h oil-free air-cooled piston main compressor, a 160m ³/h negative pressure compressor (≤ 5Pa ultimate vacuum), a 63m ³/h pipeline vacuum pump (≤ 5Pa ultimate vacuum), and a 1200L 304 stainless steel horizontal storage tank, carbon steel galvanized storage tank (optional), for efficient management of high-pressure SF6.
