Equipped with anti-backflow oil safeguards to prevent contamination, the unit features dual M27 valve ports for multi-channel pumping, achieving an ultimate vacuum of 6×10⁻² Pa. Operating on a 380V AC 50Hz power supply, it includes three 10m DN20 pipelines (M36 threads) as standard. Customers can select pumps from premium brands like Leybold or Busch, or opt for domestic Chinese models. Both pipeline quantity and length are fully customizable to meet project-specific requirements.
